KB / Paris, France

In 2010 Nick Piegay came back from spending time in Australia and found a lack of specialty coffee in Paris and France as a whole. Wanting to change this, he opened a multi-roaster cafe which carried Five Elephants and Square Mile, among other roasters. In 2015 they began to roast their own coffee. Nick's love for the Kookaburra bird in Australia gave its initials to their company: KB. The company focuses on their own personal favorite coffees they find from every region they work with. Known to be more approachable in Paris and to carry fun crazy coffees, KB has become a Parisian staple.
